How to be sure my email gets delivered?
 
Due to the immense volume of spam on the Internet, many networks have setup filters to reject email that might be spam. To combat this, EmailTracks takes many proactive measures to ensure our customers' emails gets delivered:

  1. Unique IP: each customer has his own unique IP.

  2. Emails are sent from a unique domain or from your own email/company domain.

  3. Staying off email blacklists: a system uniquely design to alert us immediatly if your IP or domain is blacklisted.

  4. Publishing Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Records.
  5. Signing email messages with DomainKeys/DKIM.

  6. Responding to each spam complaint individually.
